Excerpt
The Take Message applet records voicemails voice messages left by the caller, and sends the recordings to an email address. Use this applet when you simply do not have enough agents to respond to all of the calls, or when the call center is closed. Agents can listen to the messages later when they have more time.
 
The Take Message applet can play an audio file before and after the message is taken. These messages are recorded in .wav file format and emailed to a predefined address.

Initial audio data sourceList of available Data Sources

The data source that must, at run time, contain the name of the initial audio file. ContactWorld plays the initial audio file after routing the call to this applet. After ContactWorld plays this file, the caller can leave a message.

Note

If you do not select a data source, ContactWorld uses the announcement you select in Inital generic audio file.

Silence triggering end of message1 to 10

During a recording, if the caller is silent for the configured time period, in seconds, the recording ends and the 'after' announcement is played. The default is 2 seconds.
