Using dynamic audio files works only in combination with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3). NewVoiceMedia has a dedicated storage area for storing audio files. You can request to have a folder created inside for your account and have S3 access permissions configured so you can maintain it. |
In Interaction Architect, you can configure the Data Announcer and Take Message applets to play custom audio to a calleruse dynamic audio files. For information about using custom dynamic audio in these applets, see Using custom announcements and dynamic announcements in a Data Announcer applet and Taking and sending a message from a caller.
To use custom dynamic audio files you must store the audio files in NewVoiceMedia's Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) storage area. You must request a folder for your account. NewVoiceMedia will provide you with the credentials you need to access the folder.
