To install ContactWorld To install NewVoiceMedia into Salesforce, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.

  2. Open the URL that NewVoiceMedia provides you in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce. The installation page appears.

  3. In the field labelled This app is password protected., type the password that NewVoiceMedia provides youIn another browser window, go to https://nvm.force.com/hub/s/package-install-link-and-password on the NewVoiceMedia Community Hub. If you are prompted to log in to the Community Hub, do so.

  4. After reading the information on the page that appears, click either the Production or the Sandbox installation link as appropriate for your Salesforce org. The upgrade page appears.

  5. Click Install for All Users.
    Click Install.
    The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.
