- Go to the Administration Setup Page in Salesforce.
- On the left-hand side of the Salesforce window, in the App Setup section, expand Create.
In the expanded list of items, click Objects. Custom Objects appears.
In the list of custom objects locate Processed Dial Entry.
Section Column width 60% Click Processed Dial Entry. The object appears in read mode.
columnwidth 40% Scroll down to the Search Layouts section. Locate the 'Processed Dial Entries List View' in the list of search layouts.
sectionColumn width 60% Click Edit alongside Processed Dial Entries List View. Processed Dial Entries List View appears.
Column width 40%In the Custom Buttons section, select Create Dial List in the Available Buttons box.

Add toAdd to include the button in the Selected Buttons box.

If the button is not available, you must create a custom button. For information about creating a custom button,see Creating a Create Dial List button for a custom object.
Column width 40% - Click Save. Your new button will now appear in Processed Dial Entries views.
