Using dynamic audio files works only in combination with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3). NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center has a dedicated storage area for storing audio files.

You can request to have a folder created inside for your account and have S3 access permissions configured so you can maintain it.

File names are case-sensitive. Always use the correct case when you store file names in data sources.

NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center caches the files retrieved from S3. NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center checks for new versions of the files every hour. If you replace a file with a file of the same name, you may need to wait up to one hour to use the updated file.
