To use ContactWorld for in Salesforce (CW4SF), you must install the software onto the host Salesforce Org.
If you are installing CW4SF for installing ContactWorld into for the first time, you must perform the following tasks:
- Check the prerequisites for installing CW4SFContactWorld. For a list of prerequisites, see Prerequisites for installing ContactWorld into Salesforce.
- Install the latest version of CW4SF ContactWorld into Salesforce. For information about installing the latest version of CW4SF ContactWorld into Salesforce, see Installing the latest version of ContactWorld into Salesforce.
- Configure basic CW4SF ContactWorld settings in Salesforce. Follow the steps described in Configuring ContactWorld in Salesforce.
- Configure advanced features as required. For information about configuring advanced features, see Configuring advanced features.
If you are upgrading an existing installation of CW4SF ContactWorld in Salesforce, you must perform the following tasks:
- Upgrade the existing installation of CW4SF ContactWorld in Salesforce. For information about upgrading CW4SF ContactWorld in Salesforce, see Upgrading to the latest version of ContactWorld in Salesforce.
- Check your basic CW4SF ContactWorld settings in Salesforce. Follow the steps described in Configuring ContactWorld in Salesforce.
- Configure advanced features as required. For information about configuring advanced features, see Configuring advanced features.
