To access Call Plan Interaction Architect, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ContactWorld as an Administrator. For information on logging in to ContactWorld, see Logging in to ContactWorld.
    • If you are the administrator of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access Call Plan Interaction Architect for, and click Select.
    ContactWorld appears.In the Services section, click Call Plan Architect
  2. . Call Plan Architect

    From the ContactWorld homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.

    In the menu that appears, click Interaction Architect. Interaction Architect appears.

You can now use Call Plan Interaction Architect to create your call interaction plan.
