To use ContactPad you must log in as an agent. Depending on the configuration of your account, you can log in with either a PIN or a password. For information about logging in with a PIN, see Logging in to ContactPad using a PIN. To log in with a password, perform the following tasks. The first time you log in to ContactPad with a password, you must set a password for your account. For information about setting your password for the first time, see Setting a password for ContactPad. After you have chosen a password, you can now log in to ContactPad using that password. |
