You can use ContactWorld version 1.9 onwards with Salesforce1. To integrate ContactWorld with Salesforce1, perform the following tasks:

• You must ensure that you can see the correct version of Salesforce in a mobile device. If you see the desktop version of Salesforce, see Enabling ContactWorld in Salesforce1 for mobile devices.
• You must add a button to the required Salesforce object page layouts. This button provides ContactWorld functionality in the mobile version of Salesforce. For information on adding the button, see Adding a button to use ContactWorld in Salesforce1 on a mobile device.
• When you have completed setting up ContactWorld with Salesforce1, you can optionally test the functionality in a browser window. For information on testing ContactWorld with Salesforce1, see Testing ContactWorld with Salesforce1.
