The ContactWorld Auto Presented CLID user permission set gives access to objects, fields, and Apex classes enabling agents to use prefix- and field-based callback numbers. The permission set gives agents read only access to the required mappings objects. A supervisor or Salesforce administrator is responsible for creating and editing the mappings.
