The PUT /users/{userId}/skills endpoint replaces the user’s skills for the user matching the user ID provided.

The endpoint accepts the following query parameters:

userID

The user ID of the required user.

Request body parameters

The endpoint requires an agentSkills object in JSON format as in the request body.

where:

• agentSkills. The skills assigned to the agent.
  • skillId. The unique ID of the skill that is assigned to the agent.
  • agentSkillLevel. The agent’s skill level.
