Agent changes
This package update limits unscheduled refreshes so that only a single agent can perform an unscheduled refresh at any one time. This refresh continues to generate pending dial entries that can be used by all agents assigned to the list.
The change prevents "Record Currently Unavailable" errors that would occur when several agents requested an unscheduled refresh concurrently, particularly in scenarios where a dial list had a large number of assigned agents.

Salesforce administrator changes
A new custom field NVMConnect__Activity__c has been added to the NVMConnect__DialList__c custom object and read write access has been granted to both supervisors and agents through the permission sets in the package. If you are using cloned permission sets you must update them to mirror this change.
