  1. Go to Architect (within Interaction Plans). For information on accessing Interaction Plans Architect, see Accessing Interaction Plans Architect.
  2. In the Phone Number Interaction Plan Configuration section, optionally filter the list of available telephone numbers and named routesinteraction plans. Select the number or named route interaction plans for which you are creating the interaction planediting an applet. Click Display Selection.
    The Applet List, Applet Manager, Transfer Manager, and Service and Visualization visualisation areas appear in the Phone Number the Interaction Plan Directory section.

  3. Alongside Applet List, click Show.
    The Applet List area expands. You can optionally search for your applet in this list. For information about searching the applet list, see Searching applet list.

  4. To edit an applet, click the name of the applet. The applet appears.
  5. Make changes as required. For information on individual applet types and what information to provide in each of the fields, see Interaction Plans Architect reference. Make sure that you click all applicable Update buttons to save any changes you make.

    Note

    Each time you click an Update button, make sure that you read the messages that appear on the next page and correct any issues that arise.
