We only officially develop, test, and support using ContactPad with WebRTC in the in the most recent versions version of Chrome , Edge, Firefox, and Safari for Windows and macOS. Not all configuration options are available in Firefox and Safari.only. Supervisor monitoring does not work with WebRTC (unless you are using the Team Dashboards (beta access)). |
