Applets are the building blocks of your call interaction plan.

To edit an existing applet, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Call Plan Interaction Architect. For information on accessing Call Plan Interaction Architect, see Accessing Interaction Architect.
  2. In the Phone Number Configuration section, optionally filter the list of available telephone numbers and named routes. Select the number for number or named route for which you are creating the call interaction plan. Click Display Selection.

  3. Alongside Applet List, click Show.

  4. To edit an applet, click the name of the applet. The applet appears.
  5. Make changes as required. For information on individual applet types and what information to provide in each of the fields, see Interaction Architect reference. Make sure that you click all applicable Update buttons to save any changes you make.

    Note

    Each time you click an Update button, make sure that you read the messages that appear on the next page and correct any issues that arise.
