In ContactWorldthe Vonage Contact Center admin portal, time stamps in some for most features are presented in the user's system's time zone, while time stamps in other features use the time zone of the cloud on which their account is located.

Time stamps for the following features use the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC):

  • Audit Log (in Administration). By default, Audit Log presents the date and time of audit logs in UTC. However, the user can choose a different time zone if preferred. For information, see Audit Log.
  • IVR Data Collector.
