Before you install Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow you must have ServiceNow set up and running, using either the CSM or ITSM module.
To install the latest version of Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow, go to the ServiceNow store and click Request App. You will be prompted to log in with your ServiceNow ID. Follow the instructions on screen.
Alternatively, open the store from within your ServiceNow instance. Search for and open the application, and click Get. Again, follow the instructions.
When you have installed Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow, you can configure the application. For information, see Configuring Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow.
Installing in a development environment
To install the latest version of Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow into a development environment, go to the ServiceNow store and click Request Trial. Vonage must approve an installation in a development environment. Note also that you cannot install the full application in such an environment.
