Using Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice, you can benefit from Einstein Conversation Insights, a Salesforce feature. 

With Salesforce’s Einstein Conversation Insights, sales and service users can see insights and trends appearing in voice calls. For information about Einstein Conversation Insights, see Einstein Conversation Insights (Salesforce help).

When Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice is configured to use Einstein Conversation Insights, calls are recorded within Vonage Contact Center and then pulled into the Salesforce platform. The calls are then analyzed for mentions of specific keywords, phrases, and points of interest. Reps and managers can review the call transcript, or see areas that need attention or follow-ups.
