If you are migrating your Salesforce org from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning Experience, to ensure that NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center still works, you must perform the following tasks:
- Check the compatibility mode for NewVoiceMediaVonage Contact Center. For information about setting the compatibility mode, see Enabling Vonage Contact Center to work in Salesforce Classic, Salesforce Lightning Experience, or both.
- Add ContactPad to Lightning Experience apps. For information about adding ContactPad to Lightning Experience apps, see Adding ContactPad to Lightning Experience apps.
- Configure page layouts for adding and displaying call notes in Lightning Experience. For information about configuring page layouts, see Configuring page layouts for adding and displaying call notes in Lightning Experience.
