To create an applet, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Architect (within Interaction ArchitectPlans). For information on accessing Interaction Architect Plans Architect, see Accessing Interaction Plans Architect.
  2. In the Phone Number Interaction Plan Configuration section, optionally filter the list of available telephone numbers and named routesinteraction plans. Select the number or named route interaction plan for which you are creating the interaction planan applet. Click Display Selection.

  3. Alongside Applet Manager, click Show.

  4. To add the new applet, in the Add New Applet list, select the type of applet you want to add. In Name of this Applet, type a unique name for the applet.

    We recommend that you use a naming convention for your applets, especially for complex interaction plans with many applets. For example, you might prefix your announcement applets with AN, Data Router applets with DR, and ACD applets with ACD or UCD accordingly. Naming applets in this way enables you to find existing applets easily at a later date.

    Click Add. The new applet appears.
