The Self Service Transfer to PCI applet transfers a call from NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center to a secure IVR PCI environment. The applet is part of the standalone payment feature.

The Self Service Transfer to PCI applet relies on values that one or more Data Connector applets have retrieved previously in the interaction plan. The following values are required:

  • The telephone transfer number for the IVR framework
  • The CLID link ID for the caller that identifies their payment details that have previously been passed to the IVR framework

When the payment is complete, the call is routed to the applet that you select in Next Applet.
