To add the button to a list view, perform the following steps, which use the Contacts List View as an example.
- Go to the Administration Setup Page in Salesforce.
- On the left-hand side of the Salesforce window, in the App Setup section, expand Customize.
- In the expanded list of items, expand Contacts and then click Search Layouts. Contact Search Layouts appears.
Locate the 'Contacts List View' in the list.
Section Column width 60% Click Edit alongside Contacts List View. Contacts List View appears.
columnwidth 40% In the Custom Buttons section, select Create Dial List in the Available Buttons box.

If the button is not available, you must create a custom button. For information about creating a custom button, see Creating a Create Dial List button for a standard object.width 40% - Click Save. Repeat the procedure for other list views which need and have available a similar button.
