How do I dynamically select the announcement to play to each caller?
You can configure an Announcer applet and Menu applets to dynamically select the announcement that an Announcer applet plays announcements that the applets play to each caller. The Announcer uses a value applets use values in a data source to identify the audio file files to play. Ensure that you have a data source that contains the appropriate value available to the Announcer appletapplets. The value in the data source must match (including the case) the file name of the appropriate audio file; multiple values must be comma-separated. You can also use relative paths rather than just file names if the audio file is stored within a folder.

- In the same interaction plan as your data source, create an Announcer or Menu applet.
- In Announcement type, select Dynamic audio file. In Announce from or Data source in Announcer or Menu applets respectively, select the data source that contains the required value. .

The Announcer applet uses applets use the value in the specified data source to identify an audio file to play. If the data source contains a comma-separated list of values, the Announcer looks applets look for and plays play all corresponding audio files in the order in which they appear. If the audio file or any of the audio files do not exist, the Announcer plays applets play no audio and routes route the call to the applet specified in the On failure or Menu failure applet field accordingly.
