Week number calculation - Currently, the week number calculation starts Week 1 on 1st January, which means that a couple of days at the end of the year may be displayed in Performance Charts as "Week 53". In 2014, for example, 1st January was a Wednesday so Week 1 started on a Wednesday and ended on a Tuesday. Therefore, data created on the 29th, 30th or 31st December 2014 will have appeared on the Performance History chart as "W53".

System Administrators with no Managed Package licence or permissions
When a System Administrator with no SuMo licence or permissions attempts to view a Record Page or App Page (e.g. "Performance Centre") in Lightning Experience that contains SuMo Lightning components, they may see a Salesforce error. If this occurs, use one of the following workarounds:
- Using the Lightning App Builder, filter out the Lightning components from the page so they only display if the User "Player" field is TRUE.
- Create separate record pages, without the Components, for System Administrators that don't need access to the SuMo app.

In order for Knowledge Articles to be configured for display on Leaderboards within Channel Builder, filter conditions must be added for "Language" and "Publication Status" before any fields are placed on the canvas. Also, note that an additional system permission may be required to select Articles with a "Publication Status" equal to Draft. In addition, multiple filter values cannot be used for the Language and Publication Status fields, else a message will be displayed. These are underlying restrictions required by salesforce.com.
[Salesforce Issue] Inspire: Displaying duplicate fields
Custom fields added to an object with the same API name as a managed application's field do not display and are not therefore available in the Inspire Configure step. This issue is due to a known limitation.
Display of fields in Field Selector
When accessing the Field Selector within Base Behaviours using a web browser at a resolution of 1280 x 800, the list of fields may not be displayed in the last panel until the user scrolls up or down within the panel.

The Copy-to-Clipboard functionality requires Flash player to be installed and enabled in the browser that is accessing the Gallery in SuMo. In the Chrome browser, users will need to following the steps below to enable the flash plugin, so that the copy-to-clipboard functionality works correctly: 1. In the Address Bar, click on the Padlock/Secure button, 2. Locate Flash in the list, 3. Next to Flash, choose 'Always allow on this site' from the list of options, 4. Refresh the page.
Internet Explorer 11 and Popovers
When hovering over Opportunity, Behaviour and Rewards in Opportunity Insight, the popover may not be correctly positioned in relation to the record that the user is hovering over.
Internet Explorer 11 and Console Errors
Errors may be seen in the browser console when creating or dragging templates in the assistants. This error does not impact functionality and the operations complete successfully.
