To access Interaction Plans Architect, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the NewVoiceMedia platform VCC Admin Portal as a supervisor. For information on logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platformVCC Admin Portal, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
- If you are the supervisor of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access Interaction Plans Architect for, and click Select.
From the NewVoiceMedia homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.
In the menu that appears, click Interaction Architect. Interaction ArchitectGo to Architect (within Interaction Plans). Interaction Plans Architect appears.
You can now use Interaction Plans Architect to create your interaction plan.
