[Salesforce Issue] Display of fields in Coaching Plans
When editing or creating Coaching Plans, Behaviour Objectives or Ad-Hoc Objectives, some of the fields in the modal may not be displayed. If this occurs, ensure that Debug Mode is not enabled for Lightning components as the running user, and then refresh the page until the fields are displayed.
[Salesforce Issue] System Administrators with no Managed Package licence or permissions
When a System Administrator with no SuMo licence or permissions attempts to view a Record Page or App Page (e.g. "Performance Centre") in Lightning Experience that contains SuMo Lightning components, they may see a Salesforce error. If this occurs, use one of the following workarounds:
- Using the Lightning App Builder, filter out the Lightning components from the page so they only display if the User "Player" field is TRUE.
- Create separate record pages, without the Components, for System Administrators that don't need access to the SuMo app.

In order for Knowledge Articles to be configured for display on Leaderboards within Channel Builder, filter conditions must be added for "Language" and "Publication Status" before any fields are placed on the canvas. Also, note that an additional system permission may be required to select Articles with a "Publication Status" equal to Draft. In addition, multiple filter values cannot be used for the Language and Publication Status fields, else a message will be displayed. These are underlying restrictions required by salesforce.com.
