How do I log in to ContactPad?
To use ContactPad you must log in as an agent. You can either log in to ContactPad directly, or through the VCC Admin Portal.

If you have previously logged in using your account name, agent ID and PIN, your username is your account name followed by an underscore (_) and then your agent ID number. For example, YourCompany_1234. Otherwise you will have received your username in your welcome email. |
In Password, if you have previously set a password, type your password. Otherwise use your PIN.

In Username, type your username.
In Password, if you have previously set a password, type your password.
Click Login.If you use a PIN but your account has been upgraded to use passwords instead of PINs, the following message appears. You must set up a password before you can continue logging in. For information about setting a password for the first time, see Setting a password for ContactPad.
