In the VCC Admin Portalthe Vonage Contact Center admin portal, time stamps for most features are presented in the user's system's time zone.
Time stamps for the following features use the time zone of the location in which the user's account is located:
- System Audit
- IVR Data Collector
- SOAP Interaction applet
Time stamps for Stats and Reports use the time zone of the location in which the user's account is located EXCEPT in the EMEA region. For Stats and Reports, in both locations in EMEA, time zone is GMT and daylight saving time zone is BST.

Coordinated Universal Time (UTC):
- Audit Log (in Administration). By default, Audit Log presents the date and time of audit logs in UTC. However, the user can choose a different time zone if preferred. For information, see Audit Log.
- IVR Data Collector.
