Go to Lightning App Builder within Setup.
Click Edit next to your custom voice extension.
Locate the DispositionChangeListener component in the Custom - Managed section, then drag it into your desired section on the right pane.
Click Save.
- Next, go to Partner Telephony Contact Centers within Setup.
- Open the applicable contact center and click Edit.
- In Voice Extension, select the voice extension you created with the DispositionChangeListener added in the steps above.
- Click Save.
