The Command Runner enables the caller to perform tasks such as:
- Changing the date that a customer wants a parcel delivered. The customer specifies the date for delivery using the IVR system.
- Topping up a customer's account balance using credit card details held in the client database. The customer specifies the amount that they want to increase their balance by using the IVR system.
- Activating a customer. The command activates a new customer's details automatically.
