Before you can install ContactWorld Connect, you must ensure that you have the following items from NewVoiceMedia:

  • One or more NewVoiceMedia licenses for ContactWorld Connect agents
  • Make call API
  • Client ID
  • Security token

You must also have one or more agent telephones with direct dial-in (DDI) capability, and a Salesforce Org with the latest version of ContactWorld for Salesforce installed and linked to a live ContactWorld account. For information on installing the latest version of CW4SF and linking to a ContactWorld account, see Installing ContactWorld for Salesforce and Linking ContactWorld to a Salesforce account.
