To install ContactWorld for Salesforce (CW4SF), perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.

  2. Open the following URL in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce:
    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tA0000000KFlR&newUI=1 (version 2.5)
    In the Password field, type the password provided to you and click Submit.

    To install ContactWorld for Salesforce into a test environment, use the following URL:
    https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tA0000000KFlR&newUI=1 (version 2.5)

    Package Installation Details appears.

  3. Click Continue. Step 1. Approve Package API Access appears.

  4. Click Next. Step 2. Choose Security Level appears.

  5. Click Grant Access to all users. Click Next. Step 4. Install Package appears.

  6. Click Install. The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.

You must now configure your installation of CW4SF. For information about configuring CW4SF, see Configuring ContactWorld for Salesforce.
