The ContactWorld Auto Presented CLID user permission set gives access to objects, fields, and Apex classes enabling agents to use prefix- and field-based callback numbers. The permission set gives agents read only access to the required mappings objects. A supervisor or Salesforce administrator is responsible for creating and editing the mappings. For more information about prefix- and field-based callback numbers, see Configuring prefix-based callback number selection and Configuring field-based callback number selection.
