The Dial List object uses various custom fields and related lists. These fields and lists contain information that helps you work with your Dial Lists.

For new installations of Connect these fields are available by default on the included page layouts, list views and the Dial List home tab (search layout). The related lists appear on the Dial List page layout.

For upgrades, you may need to add the fields and related lists to your layouts yourself.

The Dial List object uses the following custom fields:

Custom Field LabelDescription
Start TimeDescribe the permissible call times for calls in the Dial List. For information about permissible call times, see Permissible call times for Dial Lists.
End Time
Time Zone
Assigned AgentsA roll up summary field that shows how many agents are currently assigned to the Dial List
Outstanding CallsDisplays a count of the number of outstanding calls for this Dial List.

The Dial List object uses the following related lists:

Related listDescription
Assigned AgentsA list of agents assigned to the Dial List and (depending on the type of list) number of outstanding, skipped and completed calls for that agent.
Active Dial Entries

A list of the Dial List's calls that are pending, active, and processed (completed and skipped). For information about pending, active, and processed calls, seeĀ Pending, active, completed and skipped calls.

These lists do not appear in new installations but you can add them if required.
