After upgrading Vonage Contact Center for Salesforce from a version earlier than 23.107, you need to perform some additional tasks.
Vonage Contact Center Core Components
Versions of Vonage Contact Center for Salesforce greater than or equal to 23.107 now depend on a new common package called Vonage Contact Center Core Components. You should perform these tasks after installing both Vonage Contact Center Core Components and Vonage Contact Center for Salesforce. Check callback number and automatic call recording migration
When you upgrade from a version of Vonage Contact Center for Salesforce that is earlier than 23.107, your automatic call recording or automatic callback numbers will be automatically migrated.
You will receive an email to tell you the migration has started, and a follow-up email to confirm the migration was successful. If you have field- or prefix-based mappings in your system but you do not receive the success email, contact Vonage support for further help.
Update permission sets
Apply new permission sets to any users using automatic call recording or automatic callback numbers.
