Summer '16 Release Features - Actions

The majority of the features in the Summer '16 Release will be automatically available from the next time that you log into ContactWorld. However, a small selection require action from you.

Please get in contact with your account manager to gain access to the following features:

  • Auto-answer for WebRTC Users
  • Dynamic Dialer Optimizations
  • Personalized Number Presentation

Please download the latest Salesforce managed package to gain access to the following features:

  • Improved Connect User Experience
  • Relating a Call to Multiple Objects
