Summary

Cross List Prioritisation - Reverse Priority Order

Based on feedback we decided to change the prioritisation order so that low values have higher priority.

Supervisor changes

From Connect 16.118 a supervisor can define the priority for a dial list so that the list is considered first when an agent retrieves their next dial entry.  

From this version, 16.118.1, the lower the value the higher priority.  This is the reverse priority order compared with 16.118.

Support upgrade to future versions of the package

Due to a component change in a version of Connect in development at time of writing, customers with previous versions installed must upgrade to this package in order to upgrade to future versions of the Connect package.
