Summary
Support for enforced disposition codes in Log a Call area (Pilot)
The Log a Call area now supports sending disposition code to ContactWorld after initial configuration
Availability
The pilot feature must be enabled first on the account
Agent changes
If Enforced Disposition Codes is enabled and configured, ContactWorld will not assign the next interaction to an agent until the agent has provided a disposition code for their previous interaction.

Salesforce administrator changes
The new field added to custom setting: Log a Call Disposition Code Field. If Enforced Disposition Codes is enabled it should be populated with the disposition code field's API name
