Supervisor changes

When a supervisor views a Dial List record, there is a new 'Duplicate' button. This button will duplicate the current Dial List and allow display the edit screen for the new copy. The supervisor will then be able to edit the copied Dial List and save it. Only Dynamic Dial Lists support this feature.

Salesforce administrator changes

This is a custom button that is included in the standard Dial List layout. If a customer has customised their layout then the 'Duplicate' button will need to be added by your Salesforce administrator.
