Release notes for Vonage Premier for Salesforce Voice

Managed packages labelled "(Enhancement, Pilot and Bug Fix release)" contain the following changes:

  • Enhancements. Improvements to existing features between major releases. Enhancements are available to customers who have access to the existing feature.

  • Bug fixes. Bug fixes are available to all customers.

  • Pilot features. Pilot features are available only to customers who have signed up to the applicable pilot program. The features will be generally available from the next major release.

Product Name Change Notice
Some release notes were written prior to a Salesforce product name change. Where Service Cloud Voice is referenced in this page, the product is now called Salesforce Voice.
Please also note that the Vonage package name Vonage for Service Cloud Voice has not changed and remains the same throughout current documentation.
