Setting your presented number for outbound calls in Agent Workspace
A callback number is the number that Agent Workspace presents to the participant you are calling when you make an outbound call. If enabled for your account, Agent Workspace supports multiple callback numbers. For more information about callback numbers, see Callback numbers.
Within quick settings in Agent Workspace, you can change the number the Agent Workspace will present when you make an outbound call.
To set your presented number, open quick settings. For information about accessing quick settings, see Configuring quick settings in Agent Workspace. In Presented number in the Callback number section, select one of the available numbers.
New numbers
If your supervisor has recently added a callback number it may not appear immediately. Try again in a few minutes.
Click Save. Whenever you make an outbound call using Agent Workspace, this number is presented.
