Summary

Support for automatic enforced disposition codes

Agent changes

When automatic enforced disposition code is enabled, if a dialed number is unsuccessful (NoAnswer, NumberBusy, NumberUnobtainable, and so on) or if the agent clicked the Voicemail Drop button then the disposition code for the voice call should be automatically set based on the configuration of disposition codes in Salesforce.

Supervisor changes

The disposition codes need to be configured before automatic disposition codes can be used.
