Summary

Disposition Code Management to map disposition codes with call outcomes

Supervisor changes

Supervisor can use the Disposition Code Management tab to map the values of the disposition code field with the call outcomes.

Refer Configuring enforced disposition codes in Vonage Premier for Salesforce Voice for more information.

Salesforce administrator changes

Assign the permission set VCC Core Supervisor to the supervisors to grant access the Disposition Code Management tab Core Supervisor
