Summary
Disposition Code Management migrated to Vonage Contact Center Core Components package
Supervisor changes
Use the Disposition Code Management tab from Vonage Contact Center Core Components package to map the disposition codes to call outcomes.
Salesforce administrator changes
Upgrading to this package will migrate the disposition code mappings from Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce package to Vonage Contact Center Core Components package. Be aware that any existing mappings saved using the Disposition Code Management tab from the Core package will be overwritten.
Assign the permission set "VCC Core Supervisor" to the supervisors who need access to the Disposition Code Management tab. If you are not using the packaged permission sets, grant access to the "Disposition Code Management" tab and "Disposition Code Management" page to the supervisors.
Validate the existing mappings once the package has been updated. In case of any discrepancy, please contact Vonage support.
