Configuring your personal settings in Agent Workspace
If enabled for your account, you can access your user settings through the Personal settings tab from the navigation bar. Currently, agents can configure message settings, voicemail greetings, messages, and WebRTC options (if WebRTC is enabled).

Accessing your personal settings
Click the Personal settings icon in the navigation bar to open Personal settings.
The areas you can configure settings for appear in the left panel. Profile is selected when you open your personal settings.
