These release notes were written prior to a Salesforce product name change. Where Service Cloud Voice is referenced in this page, the product is now called Salesforce Voice.
Please also note that the Vonage package name Vonage for Service Cloud Voice has not changed and remains the same throughout current documentation.

Summary

Support for progressive dialing

Agent changes

Progressive dialing enhances the functionality of Connect by automating agent tasks. Connect can progress to the next call or next record for the agent to handle based on the progression mode selected for the disposition code.

Supervisor changes

See Configuring progressive dialing in Vonage Premier for Salesforce Voice for how to enable progressive dialer.

Salesforce administrator changes

Lightning Web Security need to be enabled to use Progressive dialing with Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice. If Progressive dialer is not enabled in the custom settings, dialer will continue to work without enabling Lightning Web Security.
