Summary
Retirement of Synchronous Dial List Refreshes (Pilot)
Customers who wish to have a large number of Dial Lists assigned to an individual agent may hit limits within Salesforce when the Dial Lists are refreshed synchronously. This pilot allows a customer to disable synchronous refreshes and allow up to 50 Dial Lists to be assigned to an agent.

Agent changes
When an agent runs out of work but no Dial List refresh jobs have finished the agent will see a new 'Waiting for new call' message in the Dialler. When the refresh jobs have finished the agent will be assigned their next entry and will be notified without having to refresh the screen.
