Multiple additional fields in Log a Call action (feature)

Added possibility to add up to six additional custom fields in Log a Call quick action. For more information, see Customizing the Log a Call area

Notifications on saving a note in Log a Call action (feature)

Added notifications in chatter feed on saving a note in a Log a Call quick action. For more information, see Logging a call during the call

Automating callback numbers for Click to dial - protection against misconfiguration (feature)

Added notification when agent tries to use Click to dial functionality and there is wrong configuration in automatic callback number. For more information, see Automating callback numbers for Click to dial

Renaming Salesforce settings (feature)

Renamed some of the custom Salesforce setting to make them consistent with names used in ContactWorld. For more information, see Configuring custom settings for optional Vonage Contact Center features in Salesforce

Statistics in Salesforce (feature)
