Summary
Automating callback numbers for Click to dial (feature)
Feature enabled only by request.
Added ability to automatically present a different outbound number based on chosen criteria. For example it's possible now to present local numbers when dialling different areas without manually changing your outbound number. In this example the decision is made depending on the area code in the dialled number. For more information, see Automating callback numbers for Click to dial
Native screen pop (feature)
Uses the built in Search features of Salesforce to give an agent a native experience on an inbound call. Multiple matches pop in a familiar search results page. Softphone Layout settings are also respected.
Associate Task with object on Click To Dial (feature)
The object to which the Click To Dial call relates will be automatically related to the Task from this version.
