Call Recording player in Visualforce page (enhancement)
ContactWorld for salesforce contains new Call Recording Player page which may be embedded in the Task layout.

Salesforce administrator changes
In order to use this feature, Salesforce administrator needs to update ContactWorld URL in custom settings and drag the Call Recording Player page to Task layout.

Feedback on saving the notes in Log a Call action (enhancement)
When saving the notes and additional fields in Log a Call action, user gets better feedback.

Agent changes
When user saves the notes, two feedback messages are shown. An auto dismissable toast message shows up at the top of the Log a Call and Last saved time shows up next to the save button.

"Link call to ..." button is no longer overflowing in Log a Call action (enhancement)
When viewing the Log a call action on an object with long name, "Link to ..." button is no longer overflowing.

When viewing the Log a call action on an object with long name agent sees the text "Link to ..." button truncated. In order to see the full name, Agent needs to hover with the mouse and the tooltip with full object name shows up.
